RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM

Schedule
Classes for 1st through 5th grade children are one hour once a week on either:Tuesday afternoons at 3:30 or 4:45
OR Thursday afternoons at 3:30 or 4:45 or 6:00
Children are placed in a class with others in their same school grade.
Curriculum
Children learn what we as Catholics believe and how we worship and live out our faith. The curriculum "Call to Faith" is from Harcourt Publishers. If you wish to also participate in the online curriculum that supplements the textbooks, follow the link below to send your request. Volunteers
Two adult catechists (teachers) are needed for each class.
Office aides, nursery workers and substitutes are also needed.
Parents
Parents are welcome to visit their child's room anytime and are encouraged to attend the opening and closing assemblies and the monthly prayer services. For their safeguard, children must be signed in and out of the classroom by a parent/guardian.
