First Eucharist Workshop Sign-Up

There is one workshop that at least one parent and child must attend in preparation for a child’s reception of First Eucharist.

Please sign-up your child for one of the February First Eucharist Workshop dates using this form.

These dates are ONLY for children who are in their second full year of Religious Education/Faith Formation classes and who have received the First Reconciliaton and First Communion workbooks to prepare for the Sacraments of Reconciliation/Penance and Eucharist/Communion.
