High School Faith Formation

Welcome! 

Our high school Ablaze Program is for youth in grades 9 - 12 and between the ages for fourteen and eighteen.  This NOT the Confirmation Class.  Students must first complete two full years of regular Faith Formation (grades 7 - 11) before they are eligible for the Confirmation Class.

If you are moving to us from a different parish, you must contact the Faith Formation Office before registering.  

Before You Can Register for Ablaze

1. Families must be registered parishioners at St. Catherine's.
2. At least one parent must complete the VIRTUS/EIM program through the Diocese of Austin.  (Click here to be taken to the VIRTUS web page.)  This will be the parent who helps out in the classroom.

This year, we will have one program for our high school students bringing together the best of Family Faith and Youth Ministry!

High School Ablaze Program 

• Attend two Youth Group meetings a month on Sunday afternoons from 12:15 - 1:15 p.m.
• Attend Mass twice a month & submit Mass form with photo.
• Complete At-home curriculum and turn in monthly.
• All parents are required to help in the classroom several times a year.
