Admissions & Tuition

All forms must be completed before any child may start preschool. The director will send these forms to all registered students via Procare.

1. Admission Information Form, including completed medical form signed by a physician with current immunization records. Our primary concern is for the safety of the children in our care. Please see the Texas Minimum State Vaccine Requirements for Child-Care and Pre-K Facilities.

2. Ages 4 & up only:  Vision and Hearing Screening results from a physician.

4. Photo, Video, Audio Release Form

5. Discipline and Guidance Form

6. Handbook Acknowledgment Form

7. Optional Pizza Day Form & Payment of $50 is made on brightwheel.

8. A Supply Fee of $150 is due at enrollment. 

9. We are not a peanut-free school.

New Students

Fill out the Preschool Interest Form to start the admission process.

• Children will be enrolled in classes according to their age on September 1st of that school year.  
• Current St. Catherine's Preschool students and siblings will first fill any openings.  
• Children on the waitlist will follow the initial registration.

Waitlist
You will be placed on the waitlist after completing the Preschool Interest Form. As space opens up, we will contact parents in the order received. If a space is unavailable this year, the waitlist will be transferred to next year.

1. To begin the application process, please fill out the Preschool Interest Form. 
2. Our staff will review your interest form. If we have space available, we will send you the Preschool Registration Application.
3. Submit the registration form and make the non-refundable payment through Procare. This will secure your child's spot in our preschool.
4. After completing all the steps, we will send you an official welcome through Procare, which confirms your child's enrollment and guarantees a spot in our preschool. Please check your Procare account regularly.

Children must be the age of the class by September 1, 2025.
Exceptions may be made if a placement is available
and the director approves it after meeting with the child.

• Two-Day Class: $370 per month
• Three-Day Class: $470 per month
• Four-Day Class: $570 per month 

Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month, September through May. You may pay monthly or set up a recurring option anytime through the Procare app. We use Procare for enrollment, messages, and billing.
